To prevent plants from sitting in shipping warehouses over the weekend, we typically dispatch orders on Mondays and Tuesdays. This ensures the most direct path from our greenhouse to your home.

Your plant has been in a dark box for several days. We recommend placing it in a spot with medium, indirect light and avoiding repotting for at least 14 days to allow the specimen to stabilize.

Artisan ceramics are double-boxed and cushioned with high-density protective layers. If ordered with a plant, they are packed in separate compartments to prevent the weight of the pot from damaging delicate leaves.
