EPLwas created to bring together real-world leadership experience and evidence-based practice into a structured, intentional leadership path. Experience in human services shaped a deep understanding of psychological safety, ethical decision-making, and trust—especially when supporting individuals and teams facing complex challenges. These environments reinforced the reality that leadership is not about authority, but about influence, responsibility, and helping others recognize their own capacity to lead and succeed.

Military leadership further strengthened this philosophy by instilling discipline, resilience, adaptability, and mission-focused decision-making. Leading in high-pressure, high-accountability environments underscored the importance of clarity, shared responsibility, and trust within teams. These experiences reinforced a guiding truth at the core of EPL’s work: effective leaders must balance decisiveness with compassion, and structure with empowerment.

To strengthen my practice with evidence-based expertise, I pursued a professional degree in organizational psychology and a certification in conflict resolution. This foundation informs EPL’s approach to leadership development, coaching, and organizational consulting. EPL exists to help leaders move beyond assumptions, navigate challenges with confidence, and empower others to lead with purpose, accountability, and measurable impact.
